Please Note: If system needs to be reloaded, you will be required to provide all software installation media and license keys as necessary.

Rates are calculated at $110.00 /hour at customer's site or $75.00/hour in our office billed on the quarter of every hour. Diagnostics in our office are free of charge for the first hour.

AJCCTECH shall not be held liable for your data or equipment. You are responsible for archiving or backing up your data prior to any services performed on your equipment. We can assist you with this procedure, but we will not assume any liability for loss of data and / or information stored on your computer. Services rendered to repair your system and transfer or backup any data are at your own risk, not ours. Systems that are compromised by failing hardware or software issues might not be returned to you in the original state prior to repairs. All services must be paid for and equipment picked up within 30 days.
