Customer Agreement / Contract

AJCCTECH shall not be held liable for your data or equipment. You are responsible for archiving or backing up your data prior to any services performed on your equipment. We can assist you with this procedure, but we will not assume any liability for loss of data and / or information stored on your computer. Services rendered to repair your system and transfer or backup any data are at your own risk, not ours. Systems that are compromised by failing hardware or software issues might not be returned to you in the original state prior to repairs. You authorize AJCCTECH to install remote support software. Payment is due when the service is completed unless other arrangements have been agreed on and documented. In the event that services are not paid for or your check is returned, you agree and grant us the right to lock the computer until payment is received and cleared. All equipment must be picked up and paid for within 30 days of service or it will be forfeited and sold to cover service and storage costs.
